September Start Over live events in London

Bare Biology have teamed up with London private membersâ club, the Devonshire Club, to host a range of talks designed to get your September Start Over up and running.
Our exclusive events include inspiring workshops with experts from the world of yoga, nutrition and skincare. Theyâre all free to attend - just sign up to receive our Bare Biology email newsletters for a chance to get your hands on an invitation, which will be allocated on a first come first served basis. The location
Each one of our September Start-Over events will be held in the Garden Room at the luxurious Devonshire Club in the heart of central London. You’ll find the Club nestled in the quiet, pedestrianised Devonshire Square, just two minutes walk from Liverpool Street.

It's safe to say we've had some weather extremes this year and we feel like our skin needs a bit of love. We've teamed up with model turned nutritional therapist, Frances Phillips, who will be sharing her top tips with us. Fran is passionate about keeping it simple and using natural ingredients to achieve that glow from within. She will be combining her experience in beauty and nutrition to share her holy grail skincare recipes with you, followed by a Q&A.

If you need to indulge in an hour to yourself, this one's for you. Whether you're a fully fledged yogi or a beginner, this delightful hour of stretching will help ease the tension of the day. You'll be personally guided through the practice by yoga expert Sarah Fretwell who will help you re charge after a long, busy day. You're in good hands, we promise!

Nutritional therapist Mary Van Der Westhuizen runs a private practice in London, meeting clients with a range of health and lifestyle objectives. She specialises in treating IBS, chronic fatigue, migraines and digestive issues.

Sandra Greenbank
Sandra Greenbank has over 10 yearsâ experience as a nutritional therapist. She specialises in fertility issues, helping women achieve a healthy pregnancy and the baby they didnât think was possible.

Max Lowery
Author of The 2-Meal Day, Max Lowery is also a personal trainer and online health coach. He trains many high-profile celebrity clients, including some of the worldâs top models. Max uses his passion for âreal foodâ to create delicious, simple meals with a focus on nutritional content.

Melanie Lawson
Melanie Lawson is the founder of Bare Biology. Her love affair with Omega 3 began in 2008 when the former advertising executive and mum of three discovered how much it helped her own postnatal depression. A passionate believer in health through nutrition, Melanie decided to create her own brand and launched Bare Biology in 2013.

Sarah Fretwell
Sarah Fretwell is a yoga teacher and writer on a mission to live life with more simplicity, greater creativity and kinder intentions. She teaches in top London studios including Zen Yoga, Frame and Honor Oaks Wellness.

Frances Phillips
