Please note we can only process refunds on products that arrive back to us in a re-saleable condition. Please help us to ensure you qualify for a full refund by:
✓ Checking the safety seal on the product is intact
✓ Ensuring the product is well packaged so it doesn't smash in transit
✓ Obtaining proof of postage
✓ Include name and order number

Which product should I choose?
It can be tricky to work out which product is best for your needs, this guide explains the difference between all the products. We're all very different, so please get in touch via the contact form above if you need some advice.
Why can’t I access my subscription account?
It could be because you don't have an active Bare Biology account yet.
Annoyingly, the subscription software we use is separate from our website, which means you also need to create a Bare Biology account to be able to log in.
Where’s my order?
You can check your parcel's status via your tracking link in your dispatch email, or your Bare Biology account in the Orders section.
