At Bare Biology, we believe in the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in trying them. That’s why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase if you’re not completely satisfied.

Eligibility Criteria

  • The guarantee applies only to first-time purchases of a product.
  • You must notify us within 1 month (30 calendar days) of the order date to be eligible for a refund.
  • This guarantee is available only to direct customers who have purchased through our official website.

How to Claim

1. Contact Us:
Email us at info@barebiology.com within 30 days of your order. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The name of the product
  • A brief explanation of why you’re not satisfied (so we can get it right next time)

2. Return Setup:
Our customer service team will guide you through the returns process, including providing instructions and a return address.

3. Product Return:

  • You must return the product, even if it’s been partially used.
  • Returns must be sent to us in their original packaging (if available). Please include your order number in the return and ensure it’s securely packaged for shipping. We don’t cover the return cost.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your product, please email info@barebiology.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please use the subject line “Money Backed Guarantee” and include your order number, full name, address, and the reason for your return request.

We will reply within 3 working days with confirmation of receipt of your email and shipping details (Confirmation Email).

Please return the product (including packaging) within 14 days of receiving the Confirmation Email. Please use a courier service with tracked delivery, as we cannot issue a refund for items that are not returned to us.

We will make every effort to issue your refund within 10 working days, but no later than 30 calendar days after receiving the returned product.

Delivery charges (including express), custom fees, import duties, taxes (for deliveries outside of the U.K.) and gift-wrapping are not refundable.

The guarantee applies only to individuals defined as consumers under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if our conditions have not been met, or if we believe the refund request is part of an attempt to abuse our policy.

4. Refund Process:

  • We will issue a full refund once we have received the returned product.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method and may take 3-5 working days to appear in your account.
