We're sorry to hear that you haven't noticed significant improvements. Every individual is unique, and supplements can affect people differently. It generally depends on several factors, including your individual health status, your current levels of omegas, dietary habits etc.
As a general guideline, many health professionals suggest giving omega-3 supplements at least a few weeks to a few months to see significant changes.
