Are there any side effects associated with immunity supplements?
There are no known side effects when taking Rise & Shine, Beam & Balance or Ready & Rested as directed. However, as with all supplements, exceeding the recommended dose can lead to potential health issues.
- Rise & Shine + Beam & Balance: Taking too much vitamin D can raise calcium levels in your blood, leading to nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, constipation, dizziness, fatigue, excessive thirst, poor appetite, and frequent urination. The upper limit is 4000 IU daily (8 Rise & Shine capsules or 3 sprays of Beam & Balance).
- Beam & Balance: Always check with your doctor before taking this supplement if you:
 • Are pregnant, breastfeeding, or about to have surgery
 • Have any health concerns or conditions
If you're on blood-thinning medication, avoid taking vitamin K2, which is included in Beam & Balance.
Ready & Rested: It’s possible to take too much magnesium. In the short term, this would lead to digestive discomfort, loose stools or diarrhoea. It's extremely rare, but magnesium can build up in the system over time, leading to more serious side effects. To stay on the safe side, stick to our recommended dosage, and if you have any concerns, check in with your GP or Health Practitioner.

All three supplements are suitable for children but with specific age recommendations.

Can I take these supplements while pregnant or nursing?
Rise & Shine and Beam & Balance Unflavoured are suitable (and beneficial) during pregnancy and breastfeeding. However, always check with your healthcare provider before starting any new supplements during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Magnesium is generally considered safe during pregnancy. However, we recommend limiting your intake of Ready & Rested to a maximum of 2 capsules (250mg) per day.
How soon can I expect to see the benefits?
Omega-3 fats, vitamin D, and magnesium are absorbed quickly into the bloodstream, so you may notice some benefits early on. However, if you're correcting a deficiency, have a health condition, or experience high stress, poor sleep, an imbalanced diet, or excess alcohol, it may take longer to see meaningful improvements
Everyone’s different, and factors like diet, absorption rate, and overall nutrient levels will influence how quickly you feel a difference. Generally, we recommend reassessing after 1-3 months of consistent use
How should I store your immunity supplements?

Are you immunity supplements vegan or vegetarian?
Good news: Our super-strength vitamin D Beam & Balance sprays (peppermint and unflavoured) are both suitable for vegans and vegetarians. The cholecalciferol that makes up vitamin D is 100% plant-origin, produced from algae with MCT from coconut oil. While many D3 supplements contain cholecalciferol from sheep's wool, ours never does. All ingredients in Ready & Rested magnesium, including the capsule shell, are suitable for vegans
