No, sorry. Got nothing against them though.
Do you accept American Express?
We do! Splash the Amex.
Can I order over the phone?
If you need to pay over the phone, email info@barebiology.com and we’ll arrange a time to call you.
Is your website safe?
We use Shopify as our platform and those guys are as safe as safe gets: Level 1 PCI DSS compliant.
From Shopify themselves: "This compliance extends to all online stores powered by Shopify. We are very serious about securely hosting your online store and have invested significant time and money to certify our solution is PCI compliant. From annual on-site assessments validating compliance to continuous risk management, we work really hard to ensure our shopping cart software and ecommerce hosting is secure."
We also get an A rating from Qualis SSL Labs (not many sites get an A!).
UK Delivery
What are my options for uK delivery?
You have a couple of options at checkout:
- Free Royal Mail 48hr tracked delivery on all orders, with no minimum spend.
- DPD Next Day for £5.50, if you need your order sooner.
Orders placed by 12:30pm Mon-Thurs will be dispatched the same day.
How will you pack my parcel? Will my supplements arrive in one piece?
We treat each order like we did our very first one – with a lot of care. Everything is hand-picked and packed in recyclable, protective packaging and we send it out as soon as we can. If (for any reason) you're not happy with our delivery or the condition of your products, just tell us. We’re really friendly and helpful.
Do you products need to be refrigerated in transit?
No, they don’t. Only Life & Soul Liquid and Action Heroes need to be refrigerated once you’ve opened them.
International Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
We've had to stop shipping internationally because of delivery issues. We're hoping this will be temporary and we'll let you know as soon as anything changes.
For now, you can still get our products through some of our lovely online retailers. Our friends at Content Beauty and Victoria Health ship overseas.Check out our full stockists list.
When You Haven't Received Your Order
My order still hasn't arrived.
You’ve probably already looked, but it’s worth double-checking your parcel’s tracking info – linked in the dispatch email we sent. You might need to arrange redelivery, or collect your parcel from the local collection point, if you weren't home when Royal Mail attempted their first delivery. If you haven't received your dispatch email from us, it might be in your spam. And if it’s not there, email us on info@barebiology.com, or use the Live Chat on our website. We’ll get it sorted.
My tracking says delivered, but I haven't received my parcel.
The first thing to do is check any 'safe places'. Previously selected 'safe places' might still be saved in your delivery preferences. Next, check with neighbours in case your parcel got left with them when you were out, couldn’t hear the doorbell, (or the courier accidentally got the wrong house). If your parcel still hasn't turned up, message us on info@barebiology.com, or use the Live Chat on our website. We’ll help you straight away.
Cancelling My Order
I've just placed an order, can I cancel it?
We can’t cancel orders or payments that have already gone through. The system is fully automated and our warehouse team pack your order within minutes of receiving it. It's then impossible to retrieve your package from a mountain of others waiting for collection.
You can, of course, return your order to us once you receive it and we'll issue a refund as soon as we've checked the items are in perfect condition. You’ll need to pay for the return postage, ideally a trackable or ‘signed for’ option, as we can't issue your refund until we receive it.

My subscription order has just processed, can I cancel it?
We can’t cancel orders or payments that have already gone through. The system is fully automated and our warehouse team pack your order within minutes of receiving it.
We send a reminder email 3 days before your shipment date, so you can cancel, skip a delivery, or arrange an alternative date. You have until 10am on the day you’re charged to do this.
It’s worth adding info@barebiology.com to your email contacts to avoid the risk of our reminder emails going straight to your spam.
Can I change my order?
Our warehouse packs your items within minutes, so we can’t change orders once they've been placed. If you’re wanting to change your shipping info, your courier should give you the option to update your delivery preferences once you're given your delivery slot. No stress.
Returns And Refunds
I'd like to return my order
We’re hoping you won't want or need to return your products, but if you do, just re-package with a note of your name and order number, and send back to us within 28 days:

We can only process refunds for returned products that arrive in a re-saleable condition. And we can't cover postage costs.
To help us help you qualify for a full refund:
✓ checking the safety seal on the product is intact
✓ ensuring the product is well packaged
✓ obtaining proof of postage
We recommend using a trackable or ‘signed for’ service, as we can't process a refund until we receive the goods.

How long will it take for me to receive my refund?
As soon as we receive your order back at our warehouse, we check it and then issue a refund to your original payment card. Please allow 21 days for returns to be processed. Once refunded, transactions can take 5-10 working days to clear through your bank.

How do I set up a subscription?
Where do I find the subscription option?
When you’re adding one of our products to your cart, choose between the ‘One-time purchase’ or ‘Subscribe & Save (15%) option’.
What are the benefits of subscribing?
Besides not having to add ‘order supplements’ to your to-do list, you get:

How do I manage my Subscription?
To manage your subscription, simply log in to your account.
Just so you know, we’ll send a secure 4-digit code via email and/or mobile to make sure it’s you making changes to your subscription.

Can I skip my delivery this month?
Life happens – of course you can skip a delivery!
Simply log in to your account.
Find the 'Skip' icon.
Choose to skip your charge date by 4 or 8 weeks. Or, gift your order to a loved one.
Can I change my delivery schedule and charge dates?
Absolutely, you're in control.
Simply log in to your account.
Find the ‘Edit frequency’ icon. Adjust your delivery frequency, and/or choose a new charge date from the calendar.
If you can’t make our deliveries suit your schedule, email us at info@barebiology.com. We’ll help.
How can I update my shipping and contact information?
Log in to your account.
Find your shipping information and click ‘Edit’.
Or, click the green ‘Edit contact info’ button for email address, name and mobile updates.
Always hit ‘Save’ after you’ve updated account info.
How do cancel my subscription?
Log in to your account.
Find the ‘Cancel’ icon.
Choose your reason for cancelling and hit ‘Cancel subscription’.
IMPORTANT: If you have multiple products grouped under one subscription but you only want to cancel one product, you'll need to split out the product you'd like cancelled first – this is simpler than it sounds!
Find the ‘Split’ icon (looks like scissors) and select the product you'd like to cancel.
Refresh your page and you'll see your unwanted product under a separate subscription.
Now you can go ahead and cancel.
I have cancelled my subscription but how do I resubscribe?
Log in to your account.
Once you're in the subscription portal, find the product you'd like to resubscribe to and click ‘Reactivate’.
Make sure your scheduled charge date is correct. You can change it if needed.
How do I swap my subscription to something else?
Log in to your account.
Find the ‘Edit products’ button.
Select 'Swap product' and pick the product you'd like to swap to.
Make sure to hit the green 'Save changes' button.
How Do I Add Another Product To My Subscription?
Log in to your account.
Find the ‘Edit products’ icon.
Pick your new product. Select whether it's a one-time addition or a recurring subscription, and hit ‘Add product’.
How can I see when my next delivery is due?
Log in to your account.
Your next charge date will be listed above your subscription product.
You have until 10am on the day of your charge to make any changes.
Find the ‘Next order date’ icon to change your upcoming charge date.
How do I give my subscription products different delivery schedules?
If your products are grouped under one subscription, you'll need to split them to give them different frequencies – don't worry, it's not as complicated as it sounds!
Find the ‘Split’ icon (it looks like a pair of scissors).
Choose the product that you'd like to split out and have a different delivery frequency. Hit ‘Split’ to save.
You might need to refresh your screen to see the update.
Then, find the icon ‘Next order date.’
Choose a different delivery frequency, and click ‘Apply’.
How do I group my products under one subscription?
Log in to your account.
Find the ‘Merge’ icon under the subscription you'd like your products to be merged (grouped) into.
Tick the product you'd like to be merged and hit ‘Merge’ to save.
It'll now take on the frequency of the subscription you've merged it into.
You might need to refresh your page to see the update.

How do I spend points on my next subscription order?
Log in to your account.
Click ‘Get Reward’ at the top of the page to access your points.
Scroll down to your Rewards.
Redeem your reward and copy the code by clicking the tiny clipboard.
Go back to your Subscription.
Find the ‘Apply discount’ icon.
Paste in your code and hit ‘Apply’.
Your new price will be displayed above your subscription product. You might need to refresh the page to check.
How do I update my payment information?
Log in to your account.
Find your billing info and click ‘Edit’.
You'll be asked to request a billing form via email. Click ‘Confirm’ and check your inbox. The email subject will be Update your payment method for Bare Biology.
Open the billing form and update your payment details.
How can I check when I received my last order?
Log in to your account.
Click through to ‘Orders’ at the top of the page to see your order history.
When will I be billed for my subscription?
When you subscribe, you’ll be billed that initial day for your first order and every time it recurs after that.
You can adjust your subscription frequency, charge dates or skip deliveries from your subscription portal; all you need to do is log in to your account.
If a payment card is declined, the system will make 10 charge attempts over 30 days before cancelling your subscription.
After your first charge error, you should receive an email update including a form to update your payment details if needed.
Flourish Loyalty
How can I earn points?
To start earning points, sign up now. You’ll get your first 75 points straight away.
If you already have a Bare Biology account, you don’t need to sign up again – you’re automatically a member!
You earn points every time you shop. You can check how many points you’ve already earned in the ‘Loyalty’ section of your customer portal, where you’ll also find a list of all the other ways to earn points.
Do I earn points on my subscription?
Absolutely! Every time your subscription order is placed, you’ll automatically earn points. Once you’ve collected enough points, you can create a code for money off upcoming subscription orders.
What can points be spent on?
Anything! At checkout, you can choose how many points you want to spend, and they’ll be deducted from the price.
If you have an active subscription, you can redeem rewards in the ‘Loyalty’ section of your Bare Biology account. Copy the reward code and apply it to your upcoming orders in your subscription portal.

Will I have a seperate login to my Bare Biology account?
Nope! It's the same.
Can I cancel anytime?
You don't have to spend your points, and they expire every six months. If you'd rather opt out of rewards completely, just email us at info@barebiology.com.
Where can I see my points?
You can keep an eye on your points in the ‘Loyalty’ section of your Bare Biology account.
Can my points be transferred to a different account?
Yes! Message us at info@barebiology.com, and we can transfer the points to your friends and family or create a new account for you.
What happens to my points if I update my account?
Changes to your personal, contact and delivery info won't affect your points.
If you change your subscription products, the points you earn will change to reflect your new charge amount.
What if my points balance is incorrect?
Just send a message to info@barebiology.com explaining the issue and we'll get back to you to get it sorted.
How do I spend points on my subscription?
Log into your Bare Biology account.
Click ‘Get Flourish Reward’ at the top of the page to access your Loyalty points.
Scroll down the page until you see the section 'Claim rewards'.
Redeem your reward and copy the code by clicking the tiny clipboard.
Go back to your subscription.
Find the ‘Apply discount’ icon.
Paste in your code and hit ‘Apply.’
Your new price will be displayed above your subscription product. You might need to refresh the page to check.
How do I spend points at the checkout?
Log in to your Bare Biology account.
When you hover over the account icon (a little person at the top right of the screen), you'll see your name and points total.
Shop as normal and go through to the checkout.
You'll see a discount section at the top with the option to redeem your points.
View the ‘Order summary’ section to see your order's discounted price.
Share details about your shipping policies, item returns, or customer service.
Referring a Friend
How do I refer my friend?
You'll see a ‘Refer a Friend’ button at the top of the Refer a Friend page.
Click, and a unique link will be generated that you can copy and share:
How do I use my friend's referral code?
Follow your friend's link and you'll land on the website. A welcome pop-up will appear with your discount code. Copy the code and shop as normal.
At the checkout, there's a discount section where you can paste and apply your code. Click the ‘Order summary’ drop-down arrow on a mobile to find it. On desktop, it’s on the right of the page:

On which products can I redeem my friend's referral code?
All of them! Six-packs and subscription options are included.
£16 minimum spend, so you can purchase all of the products in our range.
My friend has placed their order, where are my points?
Points show as ‘pending’ for 14 days after placing an order to allow for returns. They’ll then go straight into your account. Log in to your Bare Biology account and keep an eye out for them in the ‘Loyalty’ section.
Can I refer more than one friend?
Of course. The more the merrier! As a small, self-funded business, your referrals are a huge help and really mean the world to us. You’ll need to generate a new code each time you refer a new friend.
