Our founder is in the thick of perimenopause and we know what it’s like. It really sucks. But there are things we can do, including taking menopause supplements that support our brain (doesn’t get better than omega-3), our skin (yes collagen!) and our bone health (when we’re at risk of osteoporosis) with vitamin D.
