All the Omega 3 that growing bodies need. Just one drop of oil has as much of the good stuff as a tin of sardines, that's 475mg of DHA. And our teeny taste-testers give it a big thumbs-up.

Omega 3 is essential for growing brains, eyes and bodies. But with the best will in the world, it can be tricky to get kids to eat plates of oily fish.

You’ll feel like a super hero knowing that in a single drop of oil you’re giving your child as much Omega 3 as in a whole tin of sardines. No other supplement comes close.

It’s natural, it’s pure, and its mild lemony flavour tastes great. At least that’s what our tiny taste-testers tell us. For the super reluctant, just add a drop to cold food or drink.

As with all our products, every batch is certified and awarded a 5-star purity and quality rating from International Fish Oil Standards.

Super Hero is pure as pure can be, with no unnecessary ingredients like sugary flavourings:

  • Natural triglyceride-form fish oil from sardines, anchovies and mackerel (smaller fish with fewer contaminants)
  • Natural Sicilian lemon oil to give it a lovely taste
  • A tiny amount of Vitamin E (tocopherol) to naturally preserve

Each 1ml drop (100 per bottle) contains 693mg Omega 3 (465mg DHA & 133mg EPA).

Super Hero is made in Norway, and flavoured and bottled in the UK. Our fish are sustainably sourced from clean, wild waters and FOS & IFFO-RS certified fisheries.
Please remember that even with supplements like this one, children still need to run and play and eat their greens. Super Hero is marvellous, but it isn’t magic.

And it’s always good to check with your doctor before using supplements like this one if your child:

  • is on any medication, such as blood thinners
  • is about to have surgery
  • has health concerns or conditions

Just one 1ml drop of Super Hero a day gives most children all the Omega 3 they need. If yours are eight or older, they can go up to two drops a day. Once they hit the teenage years, it’s five drops a day. Or you may want to switch to Lion Heart liquid – it’s stronger and has a better EPA to DHA ratio for this age group.

It’s best to give Super Hero to children at mealtimes. It’s easier to make it a fun habit this way, and the Omega 3 is better absorbed alongside food.

Super Hero tastes great – you can just pop a drop into your child’s mouth straight from the syringe. For the very reluctant, just mix it into anything cold: juice, a smoothie, yogurt or salad dressing.

Keep your Super Hero in the fridge once you’ve opened it.

It’s not the cost per bottle that matters when comparing Omega 3. It’s the amount of the good stuff (EPA & DHA) you get for your money.

Here’s why Super Hero is worth every penny.  It has the highest concentration of DHA you’ll find anywhere.

Omega 3s (EPA & DHA) on average cost 69p a gram – Super Hero is 43p a gram. A 120g tin of sardines costs 60p – a 1ml drop of Super Hero is 30p.

When it comes to strength, taste, purity and cost, Super Hero is in a class of its own. Still not sure? Here’s a direct comparison to help make up your mind.

A single 1ml drop of Super Hero gives your kids 693mg of Omega 3 and costs 30p.

A tin of sardines in just one drop

The most concentrated children's fish oil on the market, bar none. All they need is one tiny drop of brain boosting lemony goodness, suitable for even the fussiest of eaters.
