What you need to know

Tips for taking

It’s best to take your capsules with meals to help your body absorb them. This can also help some people with sensitive stomachs avoid any ‘disturbances’.

If you’re in perimenopause or older, new research suggests that splitting your dose across the day can help reduce inflammation. So you could take one capsule with lunch and one with dinner. Otherwise, just take 2 at any meal that means you’ll remember. Our founder sets the dinner table with them.

Don’t break the capsules open to give to children. It’s fiddly, and you’ll waste some of the oil. Instead, use Life & Soul Liquid or Action Heroes for kids.

    Love this product

    I’ve tried lots of different brands of fish oils and didn’t stick with any of them. I decided to try Bare Biology on the recommendation of Liz Earle in her new book. I can say that they are easy to take and are a manageable size to swallow and importantly they don’t have a fishy after taste. I have. Been taking these for a few months together with other supplements and I can feel a big difference in my health. I have an autoimmune condition and since taking Bare Biology I’m a million times better and my condition is very much under control. I can definitely recommend.

FAQs

How many capsules do I get?

There are 60 capsules in every bottle. So, if you take two a day, your bottle will last for 30 days.

How much omega-3, EPA and DHA will I be getting?

Two capsules contain 1460mg of omega-3, of which 860mg is EPA & 440mg is DHA. They're the two most important types of omega-3.

The soft gelatin shell make them super easy to swallow, but if you do struggle with standard sized capsules, we have an even easier Mini Capsules option–they're great for older kids too.

Should I take these or the liquid?

These capsules are high strength, so if you're not keen on taking liquid, or like to travel with your omega-3 – whether across the world, at the office or in your gym bag - than we’d recommend taking Dailies.  

We use exactly the same oil for both capsules and liquid, so the quality is exactly the same. You just get more on a teaspoon than in a capsule.

So if you have a health condition, or you're deficient in omega-3 and need optimum absorption, try Life & Soul Liquid.

Do these contain any allergens?

Life & Soul Dailies aren't suitable for those with an allergy to fish.
