It’s easier to make it a fun habit this way, and the omega-3 is better absorbed alongside food. For the very reluctant, just mix it into anything cold: juice, a smoothie, yogurt or salad dressing.

The great thing about liquid form is the amount can be varied and we always recommend parents consult a registered nutritional therapist for guidance.

Older kids also get on well with our Life & Soul Minis. They're tiny sized capsules and easy to swallow. It's still always best to supervise, as they're not chewable.
