Our in-house Nutritional Therapist, Vanessa, has developed this recipe full of sleep inducing montmorency cherry and skin-loving collagen. It will leave you feeling rested and glowing from within.
- 200ml almond milk
- 30ml Montmorency cherry concentrate
- 6 almonds or half a banana
- 1 tablespoon of Bare Biology's Skinful Marine Collagen Powder
- Pop the ingredients into a food processor
- Blend until smooth
- Serve and enjoy
