A really simple way to take collagen is to pop it into a smoothie. Nutritional Therapist Hannah Alderson came up with this delicious recipe using strawberry flavoured Skinful Pure Marine Collagen Powder with Vitamin C. It's the perfect breakfast or snack to give you an inner glow that shows!
- 1 tablespoon of Skinful Collagen + Vit C
- 1 teaspoon of maca powder
- 1 tablespoon of flaxseeds
- A handful of spinach
- 1 small banana
- A handful of fresh or frozen strawberries
- 200ml of nut/oat milk
- 1 organic oat cake
Blend ingredients together, add toppings of your choice and enjoy!
