Matcha collagen frozen yoghurt recipe

Matcha green tea powder is known for it's anti ageing and protective properties and may even boost your metabolism. The honey and vanilla do a great job of balancing all the flavours while the Greek yoghurt packs a powerful protein punch that will see you through until your next meal. Then all you have to do is freeze for two to three hours before adding the toppings. It'll be worth the wait, we promise!

Topping options

  • Toasted coconut flakes
  • Goji berries
  • A small handful of mixed nuts and seeds - we use hazelnuts, almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds & sesame seeds
  • Frozen berries
  • Bee pollen


1. Mix the ingredients in a blender until smooth

2. Pour mixture into a silicone tray

3. Freeze for 2-3 hours

4. Scoop into a bowl and finish with your choice of toppings
