With a generous helping of Skinful Marine Collagen this frozen yoghurt recipe is full of all the amino acids your body needs to make its own collagen and takes a healthy treat to the next level.
The honey and vanilla do a great job of balancing all the flavours while the Greek yoghurt packs a powerful protein punch that will see you through until your next meal. Then all you have to do is freeze for two to three hours before adding the toppings. It'll be worth the wait, we promise!
Serves 1
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon OMGtea Matcha Powder or similar
- 100ml Greek yoghurt
- 60ml honey (or to taste)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons Bare Biology's Skinful Marine Collagen
Topping options
- Toasted coconut flakes
- Goji berries
- A small handful of mixed nuts and seeds - we use hazelnuts, almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds & sesame seeds
- Frozen berries
- Bee pollen
Method
1. Mix the ingredients in a blender until smooth
2. Pour mixture into a silicone tray
3. Freeze for 2-3 hours
4. Scoop into a bowl and finish with your choice of toppings
