Life & Soul red pepper hummus recipe

We love adding our Life & Soul Liquid to dips. This delicious red pepper hummus is a new favourite...

Serves 4


  • 400g canned chickpeas
  • 80ml extra virgin olive oil
  • A small can of roasted peppers
  • 30ml water
  • 1-2 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon of our Life & Soul Omega 3 Liquid


1. Drain the peppers.

2. Rinse chickpeas in a colander under running water.

3. Tip the chickpeas and peppers into a blender along with 60ml of the oil and blitz in a food processor until almost smooth. 

4. Add the garlic, lemon and Life & Soul Liquid along with 30ml water. Blitz again for about 5 mins, or until the hummus is smooth and silky.

5. Season, transfer into a bowl and enjoy (crisps are optional but recommended)!
