Made with Strawberry-Flavoured Skinful Marine Collagen Powder + Vitamin C, this dessert doubles as skincare.
Serves 2
Ingredients:
- 1 can Biona coconut milk (left in the fridge overnight)
- 4 fresh strawberries
- 2 tbsp Bare Biology Strawberry-Flavoured Skinful Marine Collagen Powder + Vitamin C
- 1 tsp almond butter
Method:
1. Scoop the firm coconut cream from the tin and place in a blender.
2. Add the cut up strawberries, Strawberry-Flavoured Skinful Collagen Powder and almond butter and blend until you get your desired consistency.
3. Pop into bowls and place in the fridge to firm up a little. Enjoy served with a few more chopped strawberries.
