Combining martial arts, high intensity interval training (HIIT) and cardio boxing, this class will have you boxing fit in no time. We also love its studio themed space, its pumping soundtrack and intense mood lighting. If you love a boot camp class, you’ll love Rumble.
KOBOX is like the ‘glamping’ of the boxing world; no wonder Ellie Goulding and Cheryl love it. We love it too, mainly because it’s the only gym where you can come out looking better than you went in. Yes, KOBOX makes you work incredibly hard with its HIIT, strength and punch bag routines. But, unlike other gyms we’ve been to, it also provides luxury hair and skin products, hair straighteners and tasty healthy snacks afterwards. Working out doesn’t have to be all blood, sweat and tears.
GymBox is another favourite for the sheer variety of classes for all levels. You can be a boxing newbie or a full-blown Rocky; either way you’ll find a class to suit you. The main GymBox attraction is their Gymboxing classes, but you can also try out the K1 Kickboxing class, for a massive variety of different disciplines, or Fitboxing, for an intense cardio workout; both classes put an entirely different spin on boxing training. GymBox has an incredible team of trainers too, with an array of boxing hall of famers in their own right. We just love that GymBox studios have a live DJ to get you pumped up. It makes working out feel more like a party than a chore.
