Tahini and lemon salad dressing with Omega 3

Our customers love adding Life & Soul Liquid (previously Lion Heart) to dressings and dips so we asked our in-house Nutritional Therapist Vanessa to rustle up a new tasty recipe. Packed full of health benefits, this tahini and lemon dressing will keep your body and taste buds happy!

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1 tablespoon of raw tahini (you can find this at Planet Organic) or use regular tahini
  • 1 tablespoon of Life & Soul Liquid
  • Pinch of Himalayan salt or sea salt
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • Sprinkle of organic smoked paprika 
  • Optional extras: ½ clove raw garlic or ½ teaspoon of raw honey

Method

1. Add all ingredients into a food processor and whizz up

2. If you are making by hand: Squeeze lemon, add salt, pepper, honey if using, add tahini and mix up with a whisk

3. If you like a thinner dressing just add some filtered water until you reach the desired consistency

4. Add the Life & Soul Liquid and olive oil and whisk

5. Add the paprika

6. If adding garlic, finely crush and add at the end

7. Pop the dressing in the fridge and use within 3-5 days
