Banana and berry antioxidant smoothie bowl

Need a yummy breakfast idea? We've got you covered. This smoothie bowl is super delicious and packed full of antioxidants! Why not give it a go?

Ingredients

Serves 2-3

  • 2 frozen bananas, peeled
  • 480ml of yoghurt 
  • 2 large apples with the cores removed
  • 1 cup millet flakes 4 tbsp almond butter or tahini
  • 4 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 4 tbsp vanilla powder 2 cups of milk (almond or regular)
  • 4 tbsp beetroot powder

Method

  • Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately. Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for 24 hours.
