Ingredients
Serves 2-3
- 2 frozen bananas, peeled
- 480ml of yoghurt
- 2 large apples with the cores removed
- 1 cup millet flakes 4 tbsp almond butter or tahini
- 4 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 4 tbsp vanilla powder 2 cups of milk (almond or regular)
- 4 tbsp beetroot powder
Method
- Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately. Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for 24 hours.
