Tips for taking

It’s best to take your capsules with meals to help your body absorb them. This can also help some people with sensitive stomachs avoid any ‘disturbances’.

During pregnancy, take two capsules daily. Or try our specially formulated pregnancy product Mums & Bumps. 

If you’re in perimenopause or older, new research suggests that splitting your dose across the day can help reduce inflammation. So you could take one capsule with lunch and one with dinner. Otherwise, just take 2 at any meal that means you’ll remember. Our founder sets the dinner table with them.

    Whole family take these every day. Easy to take and NEVER repeat on you. I like that the oil is ethically sourced, of high quality in degradable packaging. Personally I do feel better taking them - mentally especially. Highly recommend.

    ‘Clean’ supplements

    Been taking Omega 3 supplements for the last 20 years or so, I’ve always thought I’d been taking a ‘clean’ product but compared to Bare Biology they clearly weren’t. I’m hoping they are making a difference it’s hard to know as it all works internally, I feel happier knowing that I take them as I don’t eat fish. My two adult sons also take them now.

    Yes, you pay more than the basic cod liver oil you get in the supermarket, but knowing that the product is high grade and clean, then unfortunately we that values those principles have to pay out. Service is great and delivery always on time.
