Description

Two easy to swallow daily capsules contain 500mg DHA, 250mg EPA (the two most important omega-3s) and 4mg astaxanthin. Omega-3 is very difficult to find in plant based diets and astaxanthin is the main reason people buy krill oil supplements. An essential addition to plant based diets to support heart, brain and eye health.

Tips for taking

It’s best to take your capsules with meals. It helps your body to absorb all the nutrients. And it’s also a great way to get into the habit of taking supplements regularly.

Full Ingredients

Algae oil (schizochytrium sp. oil, high oleic sunflower oil, rosemary extract, tocopherols, ascorbyl palmitate), astaxanthin oil (haematococcus pluvialis extract, d alpha tocopherol). Coating: modified corn starch (GMO-free), glycerol BP*, carrageenan (extracted from red seaweeds), sodium carbonate anhydrous.

    You NEED these

    I can't recommend these enough...got them for my teenage daughter as omega 3 is ESSENTIAL for teens but she can't swallow the capsules yet...🙄...anyway, I started taking them and they're transformative...when I didn't take them for a few weeks (because I had timed my subscription wrong) I had REALLY bad pmt and my mood was generally poor...back on these and everything brightened up...what's not to love? 😍👍💪

    Impressed so far!

    I've been taking the Vim&Vigour Vegan Omega-3 capsules for five months now to make sure that I'm getting enough omega-3 in my vegetarian diet. Despite being quite large, these capsules are incredibly easy to swallow and don't usually have any aftertaste whatsoever. I'll definitely keep taking them for the foreseeable future as I know they're doing my body the world of good. Would highly recommend to anyone following a vegetarian/vegan diet!
