Vitamin D deficiency is a very real problem, especially here in the UK where we don’t get enough sun. A Vit D3 supplement is crucial for supporting the normal function of immunity and combining it with omega-3 makes it a nutritional powerhouse.
What it’s good for: heart, brain, eye health and immune system.
Who it's good for: adults, children over 12 and pregnant women.
Omega-3 & Vitamin D3 Per Dose: 30 day supply of 2 capsules provide 755mg EPA, 377mg DHA and 25 micrograms (1,000 iu) Vitamin D3.
Wild, Sustainably Caught Fish: We only work with Norwegian fisheries and manufacturers certified by both Friends of the Sea and the Marin Trust. We never use farmed fish, only small wild fish which are right at the bottom of the food chain, meaning they contain fewer heavy metals and other pollutants such as PCBs.
IFOS Certified Purity: Every batch is independently tested on top of the two sets of tests we carry out. Your guarantee the oil is pure, fresh and safe. Our results are published below. Our fish oils don't contain iodine and are tested for radioactivity.
Easily Digested: Our fish oils are super fresh so they're gentle on tummies and never cause fishy burps. They're also in the natural triglyceride form which is easier for the body to absorb.
Fish Gelatin Capsules: All of our capsules are made from sustainably sourced fish gelatin, we don’t use beef or pork in any of our products, which means they’re OK for pescatarians.
Packaging: 100% plastic free pouch.
Current batch & expiry: batch RS38817, expiry date 10/2023. 6 packs will last if you buy before 03/2023.

How much Vitamin D do you need?
NRV (Nutrient Reference Value) of 10 mcg or 400 IU a day for healthy individuals.
A higher daily dose may be necessary for those with sub optimal health.
Rise & Shine which delivers 2.5 x the NRV in just two capsules a day.
Too much of good thing
Upper limit is 4000 IU a day which is 8 capsules of Rise & Shine. Taking too much vitamin D creates toxic levels of calcium in your blood. This may lead to nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, constipation, dizziness, fatigue, excessive thirst, poor appetite and frequent urination.
