Your September Start Over starts here
With its back-to-school feel, September has long been a month we associate with new beginnings. From our shaky first days in the infants right through to university, we’re emotionally, socially and psychologically programmed to think of September as the start of a new year.
But even if you haven’t set foot in a classroom for more years than you’d care to mention, September is still a great month for goal-setting. The post-holiday buzz brings fresh energy and inspiration, sending motivation levels sky-high. The change of seasons is the perfect excuse for a wardrobe-refresh. And as the kids get out from under our feet, there’s more time than ever to start a new job or business venture.
So as the last of the long, hot days wind down and before we jump into winter hibernation mode, it’s time to roll up our sleeves and get to work on the health, life and wellness goals we may have put off over the summer.
Luckily there’s no need to tackle your autumn resolutions alone, because Bare Biology’s September Start Over plan is here to help. With expert tips from life coaches, recruiters, personal trainers and stylists, we’ve got everything you need to kick-start your season of self-care in style.
And that’s not all. We’ve also teamed up with London private members’ club, the Devonshire Club, to host a range of events to get your September Start Over up and running. From yoga and skincare to tips on setting up your own wellness venture, the talks and workshops are free to attend. If you haven’t already, you just have to sign up to receive our Bare Biology email newsletters for a chance to get your hands on an invitation.
