Making the change

On a scale of one to ten, how desperate are you to feel well, energised, positive, motivated, fit, lean, happy and fulfilled?  Have you made a mental or physical list of New Year resolutions to help you on your way?  How confident are you that by this time next week you’ll still be on track and won’t have slipped straight back into your old habits?

Today is the start of our brand new Better in 30 plan.  We’re going to give you all the tools you need to change your life for the better in 30 days.  You’ll get achievable, realistic and repeatable actions you can take which will help form good habits that won’t just last you through January, but through the whole year and beyond.  Think of it as your own life coach, personal trainer and nutritional therapist all rolled into one.

You’ve made the first step by signing up for this plan, which is to decide you want to change.  Now you have to really commit to that decision.  Approach this month as a test, give it a go and use the tips and tools that work for you and see how you feel at the end.
