The truth is, among the obvious physical benefits, keeping active is one of the best ways to keep good mental health. Especially while growing a tiny human! We're supporting PANDAS foundation to bring awareness to prenatal depression. It's our mission to help mums suffering to feel better. With this in mind, we asked Louisa to help us debunk the myths about exercising during pregnancy and put together a workout tailored to help mums-to-be feel strong and healthy.

With her qualifications in pilates, Barre, Strala yoga and dance, in 2015 Louisa Drake fused her experience and skills to create "The Louisa Drake Method". In two short years it has taken London by storm teaching LDM sessions at Shoreditch House and Adidas LDN. She's recently opened her brand new studio underneath The Detox Kitchen in Fitrovia, where she offers 32 diverse classes.
